The open plan kitchen / dining / relaxing area is large and fully equipped with induction hob, conventional oven, American style fridge freezer and corian worktops. This area opens up to the back of the house where the hot tub and sauna are located. The dining table seats up to eight people, but can easily accommodate 12. It’s a perfect space for entertaining. There is a separate utility room in this house with washing machine. There is a large luxurious lounge to the front of the house that is ideal for relaxing in, with LCD TV, DVD player and built in Freeview and a large real coal fire. There is under floor heating throughout the ground floor of the property (the upper floor enjoy radiators in each room) so that even out of season you can enjoy your holiday in comfort. This holiday home comfortably sleeps 10/12 in 5 bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have TV/DVD players. The master bedroom in this holiday house has en suite facilities whilst there is a further family bathroom on a mid landing and another separate WC on the ground floor.
