Welcome to "a little piece of heaven...", this uniquely, fascinating croft is one of the oldest buildings on the Isle of Arran, estimated at over 300 years old with stone walls over two feet thick.  Enjoying total peace and seclusion this delightful haven with stunning views overlooking Whiting Bay is a truly special experience that you will treasure forever. This area of outstanding natural beauty offers excellent walking, riding, bird-watching, fishing, golf courses and direct access to the wonderful woodland suitable for exhilerating mountain biking.

 

You will find Broomhill Cottage by following the signs for Whiting Bay.  Take a right for Knockenkelly, travel 1.5 miles, go through the farm, over a small bridge with a waterfall and as you strart to make a final decent take a sharp left to the cottage. You'll recognise it !!  Best way to get there is by car, bike or walking (please note: this is a steep off road track). Alternatively there is another route to Drive up to the property as the road has been newly resurfaced. The road is called Smiddy Brae and is about a 2 minute Drive from Whiting Bay or a 10 minute walk.  Please click on the google maps link provided as this will take you directly to the property and show you the exact location.

Broomhill Cottage is excellent for 1 or 2 families looking for "The real Arran Experience"......
